有時候,壓力就像是不請自來的訪客,在你還沒準備好迎接時便悄悄坐上心裡的沙發。日常的責任、待辦清單、訊息提醒與不斷湧上的情緒,總是讓人一不注意就被壓垮。於是,我決定給自己一段真正「能呼吸的時間」,踏上了台中的紓壓旅程。這不只是放鬆,而是深層地重新整理身體、心緒與靈魂,像把硬得發緊的毛巾浸入溫暖的水裡,慢慢變得柔軟、溫和、能被觸碰。
